Today we start a two weeks process to involve Ex-Ante employees in the design and launch of initiatives that will make their organization a little bit more sustainable. It is an agile process that blends Design Thinking and Systems Innovation tools. Thanks to Maija Nikkanen and Zoltán Barna-Lázár for making this challenge possible. And of course, to Climate – Kic Pioneers into Practice program, where we are involved.
Hoy arrancamos un proceso que durará menos de 2 semanas para involucrar al personal de ExAnte en el diseño y lanzamiento de iniciativas que harán que su organización sea un poquito más sostenible. Lo hacemos de manera ágil, mezclando Design Thinking y Systems Innovation. Gracias a Maija Nikkanen y a Zoltán Barna-Lázár por hacer posible este desafío.
